What we collect
We collect the minimum required to operate accounts, devices, and billing.
Device data
Device name, platform, WireGuard public key, and assigned internal IP.
Operational telemetry
Service health, gateway heartbeats, and aggregated reliability metrics.
Billing data
Billing is processed by Stripe. We store references like customer/subscription IDs.
What we do not collect
We aim to avoid collecting content and browsing activity.
No payload logging
We do not intentionally log the contents of your traffic.
No selling of data
We do not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
Minimal identifiers
We avoid persistent device identifiers outside of enrollment and security needs.
Security
We treat privacy as an engineering requirement, not a marketing checkbox.
Short-lived tokens
Enrollment and access tokens are time-limited and revocable.
Signed updates
Desktop updates are cryptographically signed to prevent tampering.
Incident posture
We publish announcements and status updates during maintenance or incidents.
